This pitching mat is a unique concept for indoor or outdoor practice. The 'Porta-Mat'™ makes an excellent teaching station and will add interest and quality to indoor workouts.
When used in combination with the 'Porta-Sock'™ or 'Porta-Sock'™ EZ pitching mechanics can be taught without requiring a catcher and in a very limited space (hallway, classroom, basement or garage).
Completely portable. One person can roll, transport and store the 'Porta-Mat'™ with ease. The 'Porta-Mat'™ has a special rubber bottom with a pyramided surface, which helps to eliminate slippage.
If the floor is very dirty, it is necessary to clean the floor with a damp towel before rolling out the mat. The 'Porta-Mat'™ has a permanently attached regulation pitching rubber. The pitching surface is 30"" wide non-skid nylon which is extremely durable. The 'Porta-Mat'™ may be used indoors or outdoors. It's easy to clean – just wipe or hose off.
A sturdy net bag and shoulder strap are included for carrying and storage."
